The First National Postdoctoral Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition----Fujian Team Boditai won a silver medal

Competition introduction: In order to give full play to the important role of the postdoctoral system in implementing the strategy of strengthening the country with talents in the new era and the strategy of innovation-driven development, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security and the People's Government of Guangdong Province decided to hold the first National Postdoctoral Career Competition in Foshan, Guangdong Province . This national top-level talent innovation and entrepreneurship competition event attracted more than 5,000 teams and 24,000 people to sign up for the competition. After multiple selections, 47 teams and more than 1,400 high-level projects stood out and entered the finals. After 8 months of careful preparation and 3 days of fierce competition, the final of the first National Postdoctoral Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition closed in Foshan on the evening of the 20th.

With the theme of "gathering the essence of science and technology and leading the future through innovation", the competition has four groups: innovation competition, entrepreneurship competition, overseas (overseas) competition and leaderboard competition, which are divided into new generation information technology, high-end equipment manufacturing, Competitions will be held in eight professional fields including new materials, new energy, energy conservation and environmental protection, biomedicine and general health, modern agriculture and food, and other industries. 

In this competition, Zhang Rui, general manager of Boditai, won a silver medal on behalf of the Fujian team. Dr. Zhang Rui is a post-90s student who studied in the Department of Biology, National University of Singapore. Always maintain curiosity in the face of problems, be full of passion in scientific research, calmly analyze difficulties, and actively seek paths. I am always determined to innovate in the company, and actively lead my own team to a higher height.

Zhang Rui, the general manager of Boditai, made a lot of preparations before the competition. He also used the constant temperature amplification and gene technology that the company has been carrying out as the content of the competition, and made a clear understanding of the relevant content of the industry and his own team. In the meticulous speech, facing the first post-doctoral innovation and entrepreneurship competition where the masters gathered, Dr. Zhang Rui was not stage-frightened, and wanted to compete with the crowd. The professional and enthusiastic speech was also unanimously satisfied and affirmed by the judges, and also successfully won the silver award of this competition.
